Can you guess the best performing crypto for the month of March?
It was Steem!
Just kidding.
That was my April Fool's joke for the day.
Unfortunately for all of us, steem was not the best performing crypto for the month of march.
Though steem didn't perform terribly...
It started the month around .39 and finished the month around .46. Which equates to about an 18% gain for the month.
However, there was one currency that did much better than that...
Can you guess what it was?
By the way I am only looking at coins within the top 100 or so on coinmarketcap for this post...
So, there may have been some obscure coin that was up more, but it won't be included in this post...
The coin that had the best month was none other than Tezos (XTZ).

It was up over 150% for the month of March.
It started the month around $.41 and ended the month up around $1.06.
Talk about a stellar month!
(No pun intended, the stellar coin also had a stellar month up around 25%)
Hopefully steem tops this list one of these months.
Topping the list for the month of April would be ok with me!
A similar percentage move in steem would take prices to roughly $1.15.

I think this month's best-performing crypto is EOS, that's in my opinion, because I also have some EOS and the price is very stable this month ..😁
Could be. When the markets are bullish, EOS tends to be one of the leaders.
Should other crypto currencies should also have the same fate as EOS
Some will yes.
What is most positive about the increase was that it was also more measured in that prices were not hugely volatile despite some days having more activity than others. This signals some improvement in sentiment!

Agreed. With many altcoins 50-100% off their lows, the bottom may be in for a lot of these projects.
