I'm really confused. I tuned in late so I will have to rewatch the show, but where I began felt like a tirade of insults and name calling. Then it sounded practical and beneficial. In practical terms, if this is an artificial way to create high market value which turns into real monetary value, then whether or not there is a "scheme," no one get hurt unless they choose to (by investing and risking $) at a later point in time. If the scheme works and yields a better form of currency, that sounds like some version of what many coins are trying to do.
On the personal side, I try to follow non-dual thought and the behaviors that you would expect from that. Nonetheless, judgmental me could not shut up while watching this video.
So if I don't care for the person who effortlessly trashes entire groups of people (like Tibetan monks) because they are not functional in his world view, and all of the fools who have not previously taken in his wisdom, but he is the person who created something with potential value, what do I do? For now, I think about it, learn how to participate and if it is risk averse as advertised, I probably swallow my judgments and try.
I like this guy! Time will tell all!
An hour in, will pick up tomorrow. The first hour was a nice, interesting chat... reminded me a bit of Joe Rogan's podcast - existential topics, sort of non-sequiturs but it hangs together. At some point I'm sure you get to the topic of cryptocurrency ;)
Okay, second hour down and it's even more like a Joe Rogan episode :) Good conversation and I really appreciate the explanation and details on Hex. Hour three at a later time...
Okay, third hour was alright - I learned a lot more about Richard's brand and Chris's height. All in all quite good, Chris!
THIS was unexpected! Very interesting conversation. I haven't been able to finish it yet but, always looking for a new perspective albeit a somewhat crude one.
Finally watch all 3hrs, RH interviews are long in a non-structure base with other youtubers, naturally speak his mind. However, I felt l, he was even more open, in particular personal development. Learned Hex project in greater depth. It would interesting to know the vision or the future of general crypto in 5 yrs time. Appreciate you will keep abreast how to claim Hex token nearer the time of snapshot or after it.
I'm here for the sociological change, but I wont say no to mad gains either. Freeing myself and my family from grinding for basic needs will enable us to give more to society at a bigger scale.
