INTRODUCTION

Dominium offers two main platform as service. The first one is for investing in the sector. It will be characterized by tokenization and the use of blockchain technology which will enable anyone to participate in the market by buying one share or token. The decentralized Asset Exchange will allow anyone to invest in the sector, thus eliminating the barrier of entry. The second platform is for managing individual properties, real estate professionals, agents, tenants and property manager. It will store data on the blockchain and such decentralized data will be unchangeable, impenetrable and transparent.

REGULATION
Dominium will comply with basic governmental regulations such as Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundry (AML) laws. Also, participants are required to register on the platform and verify their accounts in order to unlock full platform functionality.

The utility token that will power the Dominium ecosystem is called DOM.
