Winter is coming, rain drops keep falling on my head & bitcoin is dead, again! Holy shit are most of us rekt! If you're like me most of the color in the world is gone, could just be winter, but more than likely it's the value of our portfolios, whether you're all in on Steem, Bitcoin(Only down 80%!) or any other shitcoin.
For months I along with every other idiot in crypto, save Peter Brandt -
told you to HODL, BTFD and other bullshit. We had window seats of Heaven and now we are circling the 5th ring of hell, liquidation. Before you give up on Bitcoin though, screw everything else, know that BAKKT is set to launch January 24, 2019 followed by Fidelity, NASDAQ and other big name funds jumping into the space.
We weren't wrong about holding bitcoin, just the timing of it all.
Many people think this is a bad thing. If the Masters Of The Universe getting a hold of crypto and there is a possibility they will try to make leverage based products to control it, derivatives. The same products that helped usher in the 2008 crash. However my view is that the bitcoin will grow beyond their control once it is exposed to the mainstream. One only need to look at the riots last week in France that people are getting fed up with this Globalism. Having sound, un-censorable money is an idea who's time has come and Bitcoin is it.
Which leads me to how to acquire more of it. You could power down, profit take out of Steem to buy more bitcoin like I have been doing for over a year. Or you could jump into trading and make serious bitcoin. One way to do the latter is to have a trading platform that makes it easy. Ya, I was trying to cheer myself up as well. Even though we've been in since early 2017, the decline is painful.
I've also been working on a side project to see if the hopium behind the scenes is real. Some very interesting data with Bitcoin wallets.

Sorry about the late reply. I had a friend in town for the weekend and didn’t really get online very much. Yeah, we have some snow in the mountains now, but none in the city, nor that has stuck anyway. Hopefully, we’ll get a good storm soon. I prefer snow to the cold, icy rain.
