IS POLONIEX LOSING ITS CRAZE ???

Poloniex is a go-to place for many exotic tokens, but it's a user-beware place full of glitches and unpleasant surprises ,after the Legancy account thing Poloniex freezed all account which lacks trader's information , including mine .

when I got my account verified then also my account status was showing this

MY ticket has been pending for more a month and status is shown as "Being Processed"

And I am Worried about freezed funds as I am a trader and not able to earn anything during this period . I have tweeted them so many times , they never retweeted . Now I have lost faith in POLO .If have any SUGGESTIONS , do comment below .
