Banks are scared of crypto

Banks are scared shitless. If they had self awareness they would rush to adopt blockchain which help transform them into something useful in the new order, but their strategic thinking has frozen. They cannot see that fighting crypto is futile. Only cooperation will save them. I think about this all the time. Cooperation will let banks survive and thrive. Resistance is futile. I think the first major bank that offers Bitcoin storage and escrow will destroy the rest of them. People want to be able to put some BTC in a “savings” account and have the asset passed on to their family if they die. Not everyone is capable or ready to store themselves. Banks can be partners. They can definitely do better than Coinbase. Banks can serve a purpose, but they must first purge themselves of their existing understanding of power, which soon will be turned upside down. I think they are too stubborn to give up all that control and power.
