I didn't find my transactions from Binance to Exodus for ETH or BTC to take that long as you have. ETH and BTC usually take 2 minutes for me if it's between Binance to/from Exodus. But really, I think it's just very situational as everyone's transaction is in different ways.
Eth was quite fast actually, even if Eth purpose is not of beings a money transfer currencies, but the fee of transferring bitcoin was quite high for just a few hundred $
