What is pre requisite to get Status ICO ?
DO NOT send ETH from exchanges like Coinbase, Poloniex, Kraken, or use Jaxx. By doing so your ETH may be permanently lost, and the SNT may not be created.
So you need to have Ethereum wallet before hand .
Have a MyEther wallet .
If you dont have yet the follow the bellow steps to create a my ether wallet .

Now the BAD PART :-(
While participating in the ICO , you need to click on certain condition
One of them is
I hearby confirm that I am not a US Citizen or resident , nor am I signing on behalf of a US citizen or resident.
So I can't buy it now unfortunately. I need to wait for it to be listed on any network.

Are you sure residents of the USA cannot participate? What if we just answer, "not a US resident" when they ask? Or, what if we use tor....or a proxy?

Can you look up and tell why US residents cannot participate in some of these ICOs? Also are you sure is it merely the ICO part which is the problem or US residents cannot be "invested" in them. Which means its not permissable to buy them from an exchange either?

In the U.S it is considered a security it is just like investing in IPOs ... It does make sense as it is a currency. Although I hate it too ... there are ICOs popping up everywhere so the U.S. must protect it's right to have a hand in the pot :-)
