1- See a long Picture: Think why you are becoming frustrated with this volatility. Its basic nature of the crypto market. Think as if you are here to help blockchain and cryptocurrency. And believe in this technology.

2- Buy More: Buying on dips can give you more profits then buying on highs. As the common phrase is ‘Buy the dips, Sell the Highs’ or as Warren Buffet says ‘Be Greedy when market is Fearful, Be fearful when market
Is greedy’ So as this time market is fearful now BE GREEDY.

3- Gives time to research: Sometimes finding good cryptocurrencies becomes overwhelming. But do your due diligence and find the right token from which you can make big long term profit.

4- Become use too of crash: Crashes in our crypto land is not a big deal anymore. So why not to get used to of these. And I personally believe this is world changing thing so it can’t go anywhere.

5- Do something for yourself: Fraustrated, Stressed, Not in present ? Because of these crashes. Take sometime for yourself and DO WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO, walk, listen to music, dance, get beer if you like. Do whatever you want to make yourself feel good.
