My Review Of The KuCoin Exchange And How Earn Free Coins

What is KuCoin?
KuCoin is touted as being "the most advanced cryptocurrency exchange to buy and sell Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, [and hundreds of other coins]." Proclaimed as the people's exchange, the platform shares 90% of trading fees with users through referral bonuses and daily distribution to KuCoin Shares (KCS) holders.
My experience with the platform has so far been positive. With a wide variety of trading pairs and opportunities to buy into some of the "lesser known" coins, I think there is a lot of potential for the exchange. For the past few months, I have been making a concerted effort to shift coins off of Bittrex and onto more innovative platforms, KuCoin and Binance being two of them.
How to Earn Free Coins Through Referrals
Rather than belaboring the point, I thought I'd present this nifty graphic shared by @crypto3em3 in his post on How Kucoin Referral System Works.
So What are KuCoin Shares?
Kucoin Shares (KCS) is a cryptocurrency token for use on the Kucoin exchange. Holding KCS does two things:
- Gets you a discount on trading fees (Similar to Binance Shares)
- Pays you dividends. As detailed in the graphic above, 50% of all trading fees are distributed proportionally among all KCS token holders.
As an experiment, I purchased a modest 10 KCS and sure enough, the next day I noticed a very small amount of BTC, ETH, NEO, GAS, OMG, etc in my KuCoin wallets.The ROI isn't anything to write home about, but it provides a nice diversified passive income that pays out on a daily basis!
