Sad but true. I still believe big money is waiting for clear regulatory guidelines. When that happens, it may spark the bull run we're all waiting for. Until then, it's just the same old money being recycled. Each time results in fewer willing participants.
Yeah, there is definitely a spark missing, that lights up the flare for the next run...
