I think the two stages is a very good idea, and I appreciate the whole 'fair share' idea, as I've personally had some very negative experiences being locked out of projects I've cared about. I'm very glad that with Effect - one of the most exciting projects I've come across to date - you guys have made certain that all whitelisters will have a fair shot at contributing. Bravo.
