Ignite Ratings Premier League Prediction Competition (part1)
Almost everybody heard of the English Premier League, but in my opinion the same can not be said about Ignite Ratings. So, what is Ignite Ratings and what does it have to do with the Premier League? Let me explain. Ignite Ratings is the world's first, truly decentralised and self-regulating ratings platform, which plans to use the crowd sourced opinion to make the best investments possible. They finished ICO in late February and right now they are developing the platform to get it ready as soon as possible. This summer one of the founders had an idea to try the swarm theory to predict the outcomes of the football world championship. They organised a little competition amongst the holders of IGNT (the token of the platform). The competition turned out to be a complete success, so it was no question that they started a new competition for the Premier League, to gather even more data.
What is the task?
Ignite Ratings is asking those interested in participating to simply predict the outcome of every Premier League match being played each week, from this weekend until 26 December 2018 - with only a handful of games each week, it should only take a matter of seconds to join in.
How can You participate?
First of all, you need to have some IGNT tokens (currently trading on IDEX, and in the near future it will be available on Qryptos too). Secondly, you must register an account at igniteRATINGS.com. Lastly, you also have to apply for a spot in the Ignite Ratings closed beta. Predictions for each week should be submitted prior to kick-off of the first of that week's matches and made based on the final result of each match.
The prizes
WEEKLY PRIZES - for every registered participant, we will be committing 10 IGNT (last week 61 people participated) to that week's pot...and winner(s) take ALL! This pot will be awarded to the most accurate participant, or shared amongst equally-accurate participants;
PARTICIPATION PRIZES - if, by the end of the competition, you have participated in a minimum of 16 of the 19 gameweeks, you will be eligible to receive a significant IGNT prize (TBD), just for participating; and
OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP PRIZE - 5,000 IGNT will be awarded to the most accurate participant over the course of the entire competition, or shared amongst equally-accurate participants, as the case may be.
