Tron and Tether formed a partnership

The Tron (TRX) Blockchain Platform and the USDT (Tether) stablecoin publisher announced a partnership aimed at introducing the USDT on the Tron
in the second quarter of 2019.

USDT in the form of TRC20 token - that is, it will be compatible with all Trone-based protocols, including decentralized applications (DApps).

Stablecoin Tether - USDT

It was launched in 2014. Those of you who trade on the stock will definitely have experience with it. For example, if cryptome markets fall, many people "run away to Tether". You can swap the crypto for this token covered with a dollar, wait a while, and then get everything back (easier, faster and cheaper than changing to fiat and back again).

Tron - TRX

It is a powerful competitor of Etherea, a decentralized ecosystem, including the well-known DApps applications. Adding USDT strengthens the existing ecosystem and increases liquidity.

Tether still dominates the stablecoin market, but the competition does not sleep. It will not be easy too.

Tether and his earlier problems

Stablecoin USDT was previously the subject of controversy, after critics suggested that dollar reserves did not match the number of tokens in circulation. However, in December of last year, it was speculated that Tether still had adequate reserves. However, no official audit was carried out.
