If you have been involved in cryptocurrency for any time, you have surely come across a new coin that really got your hopes up. There may have been much ado about your new shiny coin. The white paper made everything look so sensible, how could it not be a raging success?

For me it was Tron. It had so much promise, so much hope. The opportunity for success was overwhelming. With Tron dogs and a cool logo and call letters, TRX was poised to be the next bitcoin. It wasnt to be though. TRX is almost as cheap as Dogecoin and the Doge is not even trying.

As far as I can tell it is because of poor leadership. Who knows, there may be hope for Tron but my excitement level has plummeted. So, what was your shiny new crypto coin that has continued to disappoint you?

Hi there! How long have you been involved in the market if I may ask? Sorry to hear about feeling disappointed- but my $0.02 is that it’s WAY too soon to be calling it a done deal.

Bitcoin was released over a DECADE ago, for a few cents. Tron hasn’t been out nearly as long. To expect performance like bitcoin.... you’ve gotta look at the coins use case and previous performance. Some projects aren’t meant to skyrocket- it would be bad for the actual project. Others? Like ethereum? Will push higher and higher as more money pumps in.

Disappointment wise I’d say VERGE was mine. Got all excited for a big announcement they had, thinking it would shoot the coin much higher. Announcement came and it CRASHED. Because their ‘partner’ was PORNHUB... and turns out Verge had actually paid PH to use their product.

Oh man thats crazy. As disappointed as I was with Tton, I am still enthusiastic about the crypto scene. As least Verge did not end up on deadcoins.com. My current portfolio includes, BTC,BCH,XLM, ETH, Steem,SBD,TRX, BTS,Doge, EDU,ELA, and HT. I am finding it difficult to keep up with all the passwords and log in hoops that each one requires. I also have some TronDogs but I cant seem to figure our how to get out of that.
Good luck with your crypto trading.

Your portfolio looks good. I haven’t heard of the last three tokens but yeah like I said I’d use crypto as more of a retirement fund. When bitcoin started going higher, a BUNCH of people had to dig through trash to find their old passwords cause they’d given up. There’s actually a few million bitcoin out of circulation forever because they’re lost on wallets people threw away.

As for storing your passwords. Honestly just get a Manila folder and write ‘passwords’ on it, and keep everything in there. Otherwise hang in there buddy!
