Some World Crypto News
1- The central bank of Zimbabwe, RBZ, has placed a ban on transacting or trading with Cryptocurrencies. The measures are apparently being taken to “protect the public and safeguard the integrity, safety and soundness of the country’s financial system.” The ban applies to all financial instituions.
2 - Billionaire bitcoin bull Michael Novogratz, founder and CEO of Galaxy Digital Capital Management, says every investor should have 1% to 2% of their portfolio in cryptocurrency. Not to do is “almost irresponsible.”
3 - The Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has announced that it is all set for publishing a public rating index for 28 cryptocurrencies in the crypto market.
China’s announcement comes as quite a surprise given all of the restrictions which the country has put on the crypto market. Towards the end of 2017, all of the exchanges which were operating in the country were forced to close doors—in an effort to stop domestic trading on cryptocurrencies. The country had also imposed a complete ban on initial coin offerings (ICO).
4 - The Internal Revenue Service will begin this year to more strictly enforce the requirement to withhold taxes for cryptocurrency payments to nonresident aliens, an attorney who has represented clients in related matters said at a Saturday tax conference in Washington, D.C.
5 - An MOU between the Korea Investment holding and Samsung Electronics was announced late last year, this move will see Samsung integrate ICX's Chain-ID within their protocol in future.

great publication friend I congratulate you what most caught my attention is about the prohibition in Zimbabwe is a clear reminder of how countries are in dictated since they have controlled everything in the countries and do not give them the opportunity that the people can have a decentralized alternative without that no government entity should direct it, as in my country Venezuela, that many miners have been imprisoned.
