The Bitcoin does not raise its head, it plummets after another millionaire hack and drags the rest of cryptocurrencies, but a simple question, does someone know how to explain technically because these 3 currencies are not damaged and on the contrary they have gains the last 24 hours?.

Normally a lot of currencys correlate, but depending on the volume a few buyers can push the prices hard if there is not much liquidity on an exchange. the displayed price is just an average of all the exchanges. SBD had the same thing a few days ago aswell - it spiked at 4$

The ETH was falling very quickly the last days. I think the investors thought that there would be a bounce back and it happend better than they expected :)
With Cryptocurrencies in general being a young market literally everything can happen.
There are two things that I can think of happened in the example you ask:
First there is the possibility that those alts released some good news or good news are about to come and therefor many invest in it and the price rises (for this scenario you are going to look for an fast increase in the chart, like LOOM and EMC) with many transactions).
On the other hand scenarios like this could be pump and dumps (there you are looking for always immediate massive increases in the charts, like ETC is showing) with only a few transactions)
El ETC tuvo unas buenas noticias , lo que en el mundo del trading le llaman fundamentales , las expectativas del hard fork, listarse en un nuevo Exchange, fueron uno de los factores que subiera en medio de la sangre del mercado, con respecto a las otras dos monedas, ahora con Loom Network y Emercoin si es simple manipulación debido al poco volumen de transacciones, una persona con un capital decente puede hacerlas subir muchísimo colocando órdenes de compra y venta empujando la subida artificialmente

It is simply market manipulation. This is how whales make money. People always come up with all sorts of answers after the fact, but the prices of coins/tokens are based on trading by whales purely for profit, and not because of any economic or fundamental reason specific to the coin. Simple.
