Catalys (CTS) proves the importance of a strong community
From Crypto Trading Solutions to Catalys
What was once known as Crypto Trading Solutions, CTS was supposed to be a trading education platform. What it turned out to be was an exit scam. The price of the coin was crushed and the developers had bailed on the project. The website was offline and the Discord channel was shut down. The project was over. In fact, the proposed platform never existed. What came next proves that a strong community should be a factor when choosing a project to invest in - within just a couple of days, a new Discord channel had been born. The community had taken over the coin. Without developers or funds, the community joined together to revive the project.
The community revived the project and immediately went to work. The search for developers was underway. Crypto Trading Solutions became Catalys (CTS). A platform is in development and announcements are coming. The new development team is putting together a website and will launch it soon.
What is coming for CTS?
The new developers are keeping things quiet as they plan the reveal for their upcoming platform. One of the team members did tell me that Catalys will have multiple use cases, so it sounds like a lot could be in the works. In the meantime, a new website will launch and new graphics, such as logos, will be revealed. At today's price, a masternode can fund the cost of a Vultr server so running a few in anticipation of the upcoming reveal would cost very little. At the time of this writing, a CTS masternode is worth 0.00080 BTC, or $5.50 USD.
Catalys is proof that community is an important factor to consider when investing in a cryptocurrency project. Without a strong community and strong community leaders, Catalys would have died as Crypto Trading Solutions when the original developers bailed on the project. In terms of investing in Catalys, I will remain on the sidelines for now and watch as a bystander. Expect a follow-up article in a few months when more has been revealed.
