This Week on LetsDoCoinz Digital Currency Exchange(10th -17th November)

This is today's edition of our weekly articles detailing reports on our exchange. This is a small community exchange that seeks to extend help to cryptocurrency users in terms of trading/ buying and selling any of the coins or tokens listed on our exchange provided the rules and regulations in their jurisdictions permit so. We advise all our users to take note of the rules in their country concerning trading of Cryptocurrencies and also read our terms of use more often.

Deposits and Withdrawals
We keep working always to improve transactions and we believe everything will be smooth as time goes on. Users should take note that if one makes a deposit and it doesn't reflect in his/her account, the user should wait for about 10 hours before submitting a ticket to support. We rectify problems just as everyone sees them, we normally have to find out what's wrong and fix it as soon as possible but when support tickets as such become overwhelming, it makes it difficult to attend to the real issue and fix it.
On the issue of withdrawals, we know it takes much time and hopefully things will improve. If you submit a withdrawal request and it doesn't get processed within 24 hours, it means something is wrong with your account. Moreover we detest users having duplicate accounts, because this overloads our database with inactive accounts. If you have duplicate accounts, send an email to support to get one or them deleted.

This week we had a problem with Pennykoin (PK) deposits, what happened was all deposits got stacked up with showing up in depositors account. This happened twice just within this week but this issue has been resolved and every depositor got credited. We have also fixed the issue we had with Genom withdrawals.

Coin/Token Listing
This week we finalized and announced the listing of HumanX token on our exchange. Trading is active now. We welcome HumanX to the LetsDoCoinz family.

Conceal Coin(CCX) was inactive on the exchange due to a wallet update, we are working on it and it will be active soon.

Pennykoin(PK ) is still leading in terms of trading volume and we would like to congratulate their devs and community. They got huge volume and at a point PK traded at 24 Sats. Well done!
