First of all, I want to say that SMT will be launched in March 2018. So, that logically means there won't be any SMT launch in February. @Steemitblog clearly stated that:

As for which SMT will be the first to launch, that is still unknown. We will have to wait and see.
Code release and successfull implementation are two different things i guess
I expect a lot of bugs after the mainnet launch. Some bugs just don't appear unless you deploy them on the mainnet.
Anyway, even it occurred some troubled when it lauched a few weeks ago. I think right now. Steemit engage more people now.
