This is very different than the blockchain REIT platforms. It looks like this project lets investors invest in individual properties rather than premade pools. I like this plan.
I wonder if owning a piece of individual property has any added tax benefits depending on where it's at and where you're from.
I'm not familiar with REIT yet to compare, but i will read!
REITs (not just blockchain versions) are typically involve owning a portion of a portfolio of properties while this appears to be about owning a portion of one property. Risk/reward is different for both styles.
