I don't understand how the message has not been received loud and clear.

New York coin Discord group has been having some heaving crypto rains and they are not looking to dry up anytime soon.

Numbers has been rapidly growing with new users eager to claim their NYC coin rains.

On the 5th of July, the NYC sky opened up and poured coins to all its active and offline users, in one of the biggest storms blown from NYC.

I was surprised and excited by the number of fellow Steemit users I found in the group discord and we dance in the rain all night and well into the morning and still haven't stopped.

The NYC users sent many messages on the bot channel and general chat channels, for users not to overload the bot with balance requests while the bot is raining.

The message was clearly not received, with people continuing to balance.

There is even have a message pinned to the bot channel stating how attempting to balance may result in the bot crashing and people missing out on their rainfall. Yet, through ignorance or plain stupidity, the users continued.

Eventually, as expected.....the bot crashed.

Reminders began to typed through the bot channel feed. Yet, new users continued ignoring requests.

Thankfully, to the pleasure of many users the bots downtime was very short and the amazing team had her back up and running again in no time.

Great job NYC Coin!

Sadly, that still wasn't enough of a clear message for many users as even today as the rains fall crypto lushness, a number of people jump in and balance to see how much they have scored.

One high ranked user stated, she discontinues raining on the discord group when people start balancing out during her rains. She fears her large drops will be halted by the bot being overloaded with balances and not reach all the intended users.

So please people....stop balancing when it's raining at NYC.

The message is written everywhere plain as day.
