Is 2018 The Year Of "No Bosses"?

We are at the edge of a new age and everything is becoming more possible than ever. Those who believe in the past can only evolve if they consider the direction of the future.

Just take a look at the above tweet by McAfee an acclaimed cryptocurrency whistleblower who charges as much as $105,000 dollars per tweet. That ridiculously crazy but its true.

Lets do a little maths and convert this figure to Nigerian Naira. Boom! It gives a whooping N33.6 million! Now we are talking. Imagine charging even as low as 1/10th of that per tweet.

I read an interview of his in a popular website Enterpreneur.com. His ideas are unique and mindblowing at the same time. I mean, its something you would wanna read over and over if you want your mind to open like a jellyfish!

He samples a good argument here about the disappearance of bosses;

You have to unlearn everything about “I’m the boss, I make the rules.” In the blockchain world, nobody makes the rules. The rules evolve from the process of distributed interaction. This is a hard pill to swallow because the mind can’t conceive how that would work.

Definitely this is going to become a norm. We are going to begin seeing more and more independent people and less and less bosses, government control, banks control and the likes.

Its no more a fad because this is definitely going to happen faster than you can even imagine it. The current system works because of mind control and so many years of psychological manipulations. As more people become aware of the possibilities embedded into the blockchain they take over control of their lives. Fire your boss!

Talking about ideas he said,

Every man, woman and child has a great idea 100 times a day. The ideas don’t mean anything. It’s the implementation, the organization and the work towards that idea, and even then, what you come out with sometimes is nothing close to what you originally intended.

I agree with him. Ideas rule the world is a true statement. But its not the raw ideas that rule the world, its the implemented ideas that rule.

So in essence to enjoy the benefits of the blockchain, we have to be able to employ ourselves by bringing ideas that are worth the value of change and work on it over time until it works!
