How can cryptocurrency advertise itself to become mainstream?
First to answer that question you would have to know what people really want out of crypto. How many are in it for the tech? How many are in it for the money?
I think most don't care about the technology.
So the best marketing is by going up in price, then the noobs and sheeple will FOMO in. (like end 2017) Vice versa when it goes down. People get scared and dump their positions.
It's a never ending cycle of failure because the trend is only your friend in the moment itself. Until a trend reversal makes you REKT.
@niel96, Definitely price boosts everything, when price rise the talk rise and in this way it becomes the natural advertisement. In the case of Bitcoin we saw this picture already in past.
