Warren buffet on crypto
Hi Steemians,
I have been doing a bit of reading lately and one of the books 📚 I have been hesitant to read is ,”snowball” which is basically how Warren became Rich.
What interested me is his conviction on not investing on technology. He says plane ✈️ and car 🚗 investments did not do well. Is/will crypto do different. It kind of pissed me off how he bags crypto. He did call the dot com crash when the internet was still in its infant stage.
I suppose time will tell. Are we going to pump again soon or is this a crypto winter a long cold night with cold wallets to be locked away for time to come.
Maybe, but I'm not concerned. I imagine some coins will certainly disappear and go to zero, but I truly believe in the technology and all that it can provide. Look at how much it had spiked, of course it's going to pull back. It spiked on people jumping in with no clue what was going on. But that is good for us because it brought attention to the tech. As people get comfortable with it, and start to understand it more, it will stabilize and start the climb back up.
For sure. I had been reading his boring as bat shit book calles 'snowball' in it mentions having a margin of safety and does not invest in technology because he believes even though it benefits man kind it is not a good investment. He missed out on apple and google . It seems he will miss out on crypto too. He said out of all the car shares which is the one that will survive? It is hard to know. At the end of the day we can make strong cases for some, which one will go to zero and which will we make bank on. Who knowssss
