Bitcoin in 2018: It's About That Time Again

Everyone knows that bitcoin has declines in value quite a bit since it soared over $20,000 a while back. Some people scored big by getting out at that time, but there were a lot of people that made an initial investment when it was at or near it's all time high. They more than likely already sold for a loss or are wondering whether to chalk up a big loss or ride it out until there's another big gain in value.

If you are one of those still invested and current at a big loss, I think it's important for you to look at the history of bitcoin value over the years. Even going back to the days when the coin was worth a small fraction compared to now tells us how bitcoin has responded to huge gains and the details of when and why it recovered. Historically, it has experienced rapid gains followed by big dips. I believe it has a lot to do with what kind of exposure it's getting in mainstream media.

When bitcoin value is steady and not making noise for a while, nice gains seem to suddenly take place. It goes on until getting high enough to once again get the attention of those opposed to cryptocurrency and then it's portrayed like its just a bad fad that is never gonna work. The it begins to go back down again. *There's many other factors involved as well but this is a simple way to look at it. *

Once it has leveled back out things began to quiet down in the mainstream media and at the office water coolers, the whole process seems to repeat. You have step back and look at it's history over long periods to identify it's different periods of gain and loss. I am confident that it is going to soar back to record value within the year. Historically it has not failed to always make a comeback, giving past investors a chance to rebound from a loss and new investors to get in low and make big profits.
