Always exercise caution when dealing with new coins or even questionable coins. I'm aware of a few "USD" coins and none of them survived. Not sure if this is a new version or one of the old ones. Regardless, none of them have anything to do with the real USD.
Not sure if you are being humorous or not? Indeed fiat currencies have failed every time and USD did fail before, requiring Nixon to take it off the gold standard in 1971.
