What is PIVX ?
PIVX is a cryptoCurrency that provides security and privacy when doing transactions.
PIVX stands for Private Instant Verified Transaction.
when you look closer at the real world you will find that this currency is amoung the few remaining cryptocurrencies still provide complete anonymity. In bitcoin , you have your wallet asking you about your personal info which makes lose the point from using a CryptoCurrency.
PIVX is an updated version of DASH, it uses the same concepts with some tweaks. this currency depends on proof-of-stake instead of proof-of-work system for block consensus like bitcoin does. This means taht PIVX is not hardwared mineable, actually you earn new currency by holding it on your wallet and that's what is called staking.
