It is clear most investors are just waiting until a big movement happens. This can be seen as both; fear to buy as the market can still go down, or we have hit bottom as there is no more selling.
What is clear is that more and more institutional money is ready to jump in, and once the first movement happens, the rest will follow and that will be the catalyzer of private retail investors.
We are just on the previous days of a bull run.
I personally as well think that many old fashioned investors don't really trust the new platforms they'd have to use to buy cryptocurrency. Just imagine your bank or broker would sell them, I guess that'd really kick the market into new highs at least as long as they offer real tokens and no paper...
