how is it manipulation. people sell and market goes down, more people invest and market goes up. thats how the market works. we should be prepared for worst case scenarios all the time and this is not the worst case scenario yet. as long as you dont realize your loss, you are not in any trouble. in bearish market try to recover or increase your holding by selling small percentage and then buy back and lower prices. make sure to watch out for a reverse trend.
