What is a Znode?

in #cryptocurrency6 years ago (edited)

Znode is an incentivize node. What Znode does is that it takes away the burden of Zerocoin calculation from the miners.
After implementation of the Znode, the miners will only process Zerocoin transactions.
But of course, because the supply is always increasing due to mining, then the number of Znode will have to increase, too.
At the moment, we have allocated 30% of the mining rewards towards Znode, which means if half the Zcoins in circulation is state in the Znode, the return will be 45%.
Let's say if half of all the Zcoin in circulation, which is about 1.7 million since we have a supply of 3.5 million Zcoins, lets say 1.7 million is state in the Znode, the return would be 45%.
Now, if all the Zcoin we have in circulation, all 3.5 million of them, is state in the Znode, the return will be still, 22%, which is a minimum at the current state.
Compared to Dash Master node, which is about 7-8%, Znode will be very attractive for the next year.
And the return of the Znode will continue to be attractive for the next year, because in the next year, the supply will be 7 million Zcoins, and 7 million Zcoins and 30% minor Znode reward, we would still have a minimum of 11% reward.

That's fantastic!!
