Hi @stokjockey - I honestly think that STEEM and Steemit are going to be just fine. There are a lot of developers and community members who find value in this blockchain.
That being said, I've been away from Steemit so I've missed a lot of what's going on. I don't like bots and I don't get caught up in politicking because it's not my thing. I love community and positive interaction. Steemit has really changed my life so I'm a little biased about my opinion that it's here to stay...and grow.
