Thank you for the good summary of the Neufund project. I am very fascinated of this platform, have recently registered and am gradually building up my NEU Holdings.
However, there is one thing I do not entirely understand despite the description on the FAQ: what exactly is the role of Neumini? Why is this construct necessary? Would it not be possible to link the equity token, the shareholder, the shareholder register of the issuing company and the commercial register with smart contracts? Or is it just because the German commercial register is not yet reflected on the blockchain? Curious if you have an opinion on this...
