Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in USA is planning to have a deeper look into the initial-coin-offerings industry. After Wall Street Journal report about SEC intervention, the price of Bitcoin is falling. SEC wants to implement better security to the investors of ICO as compared to IPO.
