Why is bitcoin crashing and who's fault is it

Bitcoin a couple of days ago was hitting almost £4000 till 2 main parties that don't particularly like the idea of bitcoin (cryptocurrency) talked bad about it first off all J.P MORGAN hadn't claimed in an interview that bitcoin was fraud that will blow up which made head lines as J.P MORGAN is a big financial company which was shocking to hear but bitcoin will always go up and also another party China the Chinese government shut down bitcoin exchanges in China and banning them and is blocking bitcoin which was the significant reason why bitcoin crashed
