If bitcoin can break above the prior rallies high of around $10K, you'll see investor confidence return. Until then, people are hesitant. Once the SEC outlines clear regulatory guidelines, I believe we'll see new money enter the market. New money is exactly what the market needs to trigger the bull run everyone's waiting for.
