I know there are many Haitians on Steemit, but I don't see anyone commenting on the ULCC report on managing Petrocaribe funds. Don't tell me that you don't care. See you!!!

Personnellement, je pense que il n'y a aucune mesure qui va être prise contre ces gens qui ont tout dilapidé : vraiment AUCUNE ! ... Ils nous ont juste montré qu'ils veulent faire quelques choses car en réalité même ce rapport va être aussi corrompu pour que rien, ni justice ne puisse être établi.
