Recently, Venezuelan president Maduro announced on his country's television that, it would register its cryptocurrency currency in six major crytocurrency markets in the world. He did not mention the names of the exchanges that would be registered for the currency.

Petro, is a cryptocurrency currency that has been created with oil, gold and diamond assets in the country to fight the economic crisis that has been rampant in the country in recent years.

They took the alternative to fight the crisis that hit, namely by adopting the blockchain system to make their country stable from the economic crisis.

By capturing oil, gold, and diamonds for the currency, they have forced several companies such as airlines and others to transact with Petro currencies.
