ပညာတန္ဖိုး
ပညာတတ္ ဆိုတာ
ပညာတတ္ဆိုတာဘာလဲ ဆိုေသာေမးခြန္းကို မေျဖမွီ၊ စာတတ္ေပတတ္ (Literate person) ဆိုသည္ကို ျပန္လည္ ဆန္းစစ္ဘို႔လိုလိမ့္မည္ထင္သည္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ နားလည္သိရွိထားေသာ သမားရိုးက် အဓိပၸါယ္တို႔ကို ေျဗာင္းဆန္ေအာင္ ၿပိဳေနေသာေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
အေရးအဖတ္အတြက္ “အသံုးလံုး” ေၾကလွ်င္ စာတတ္ေပတတ္ျဖစ္ၿပီဟု အၾကမ္းအားျဖင့္ ဆိုႏိုင္ပါသည္။ မမွားပါ သို႔ေသာ္မမွန္ေတာ့။ အေရးအဖတ္ အတြက္အျပင္ ေနာက္ထပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္ေတြ တစ္သီႀကီးလိုက္လာေသာေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္သည္။ ဂလိုဘယ္လိုက္ေဇးရွင္း ေခတ္တြင္ မိခင္ဘာသာစကား တစ္ခုတည္းကိုသာ ေရးတတ္ဖတ္တတ္ရံုႏွင့္စာတတ္ၿပီဟု မေခၚႏိုင္ေတာ့ပါ။
ကမ႓ာသံုးဘာသာစကား (အထူးသျဖင့္ အဂၤလိပ္စာ)တတ္ဖို႔လိုပါသည္။ သို႔မွသာ “ ကမ႓ာ့အတိုင္းအတာ စာတတ္ေျမာက္ျခင္း (Global Literacy) ဟုေခၚႏိုင္ပါလိမ့္မည္။ ေျပာရလွ်င္ ဤမွ်ႏွင့္ပင္မလံုေလာက္ေသးပါ။ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာႏွင့္ေမာာင္း ေနေသာ ပညာေခတ္တြင္ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာတတ္ဘို႔ (Computer Literacy) လည္းလိုပါသည္။ ထို႔ထက္မိမိ၏ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္တာမ်ားကို ကြန္ပ်ဴတာႏွင့္ခ်ိတ္ဆက္၍ အလုပ္လုပ္တတ္ရပါဦးမည္။ ဒစ္ဂ်စ္တယ္ စာတတ္ေျမာက္ျခင္း (Digital Literacy) ဟုေခၚပါသည္။
ဤအရာအားလံုး တတ္ပါမွ စာတတ္ၿပီဟု ေခၚႏိုင္ပါလိမ့္မည္ ။ ပညာတတ္ တစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္ဖို႔ ပထမဆံုးစာတတ္ရပါလိမ့္မည္။
ဆက္လက္၍ ပညာတတ္တို႔၏ ဂုဏ္အင္ကို ဆက္လက္ဆန္းစစ္ၾကည့္ ပါမည္။
၁။ လြန္ခဲ့ေသာ စက္မႈေခတ္မွာ “အထူးျပဳေလ့လာၾကရေသာေခတ္” (Age of specialization) ျဖစ္သည္။ ပညာရပ္တစ္ခုခုကို အထူးျပဳတတ္ေျမာက္ၿပီဆိုလွ်င္ပညာတတ္ ဟုေခၚႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ယခုမလံုေလာက္ေတာ့ပါ။ ပညာေခတ္တြင္ ပညာရပ္အသီးသီးမွာ မိမိဘာသာ ထီးထီးႀကီးေက်ာက္ခ်ရပ္တည္ေန၍မရေတာ့ပါ။ ပညာရပ္အားလံုး ေဒြးေရာယွက္တင္ ဆက္စပ္လာသည္။ ဥပမာ ေဘာဂေဗဒတြင္ သခၤ်ာ (ေခးေအာ့သီအိုရီ) ပါလာသည္။ မႏုႆေဗဒ တြင္ ဇီဝေဗဒမွ D.N.A ပံုစံခြဲ ပညာေရာလာသည္။ သမိုင္းမွာ ဓာတုေဗဒလာ ကာဗြန္သက္တမ္း တြက္ခ်က္နည္းႏွင့္ တြဲလာရသည္။ ဤအခင္းအက်င္းသစ္တြင္ ပညာတတ္တစ္ေယာက္မွာ မိမိကၽြမ္းက်င္ရာ ပညာရပ္တစ္ခု ႏွင့္မလံုေလာက္ေတာ့ပါ။ ပညာရပ္အားလံုး၏ ေလာကအားလံုးသေဘာ (Universalization of Knowledge) ကို ဆုပ္မိကိုင္မိဘို႔ လိုလာပါသည္။ ဤသည္မွာ ပထမလိုအပ္ခ်က္ (တစ္နည္း) ပထမဂုဏ္အင္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
