Digitex: Commission-Free Bitcoin Futures Trading
So far the market have been having problem with the high cost and the risk of transferring, storing and paying in full for the actual underlying instrument on whose price they are trading. This have there by be reducing the profit and gain of the trader. So I want to talk about a platform that have been build to help tackle this problem and also help increase the trading profit; DIGITEX
What is DIGITEX
DIGITEX is a commission-free futures exchange that help trader by covering the operational costs by converting to its own native currency, the DGTX TOKEN, instead of charging transaction fees on trades, which will help reduce the costing of transactions.
DIGITEX also use an independent, ddecentralize ssmart contract on the Ethereum blockchain that holds all account balances, instead of a centralized account balance. Which is a hybrid model of a centralized matching engine coupled with decentralized account balances and it gives traders the speed and reliability of offchain price discovery combined with the trustless security of on-chain account settlement.
DIGITEX AND THE CRYPTOUSERS
The future market gives the cryptousers the opportunity to trade prices without the high cost of paying in full for the actual underlying instrument on whose price they are trading, also reduce the risk of transferring, storing.
The future market help in reducing the cost and friction whereby make it an important financial tools for facilitiing price trading.
DGTX token
This is Ethereum based token uses as the native currency use in the exchange. For transactions to be made in the DIGITEX
or the trading can participate in the commission- free and trustless market the trading must own the DGTX tokens. Therefore all profits and losses, margin requirements and account balance are converted(denominated) into DGTX TOKEN. Which creates demand for DGTX tokens from traders, enabling the exchange to replace revenue generation from transaction fees by creating and selling a small number of new DGTX tokens each year.
DIGITEX has 3 futures markets: BTC/USD, ETH/USD & LTC/USD. Each futures contract has a large tick size, which eliminates a lot of noise and allows prices to be displayed on a one click ladder style trading interface, even in volatile market conditions. Tick values of futures contracts are denominated in DGTX tokens, meaning that all profits and losses are settled in DGTX tokens.
Decentralized Governance by Blockchain (DGBB)
The is a new token issuance for the purpose of revenue generation is run democratically by DGTX token owners. The DGTX token owners have control over how the DIGITEX future exchange are funded because the DGTX token owners submit proposals with regards to how many new DGTX tokens should be issued to cover the ongoing operational costs of running the futures exchange. DGTX Token owners must preserve the current value of DGTX by minimizing the creation of new tokens, whilst at the same time creating enough new tokens to cover the development and operational costs of the DIGITEX Futures Exchange, which will increase the value of DGTX tokens through increased demand from traders.
How creating a no-fee futures exchange allow users to gain more from their trades?
There are no transaction fees of any kind on the DIGITEX Futures Exchange. Traders can submit Maker orders or Taker orders at any time under any circumstances and pay 0% commissions on all trades forever. Which will allow the users to gain more from their trades
