I find the very best place to get referrals is by chat. join a few Telegram groups, say "hi all" and start chatting. keep text in lowercase throughout (except for proper nouns) as makes you appear more friendly. find out what the audience needs. help them and they will ((eventually)) come aboard your programs. just takes time and effort. quality vs quantity.
