I like to cook and used to be a chef in a Korean restaurant. Although I do not work there anymore, I still like the food there.
Today I had to go to the market early and buy some ingredients to make kimbab, a dish can say is my strength.

materials needed

  • outer shell
    • Seaweed leaves (Gim)
    • Rice: must use plastic and fragrant rice
  • the kernel
    • Eggs: spice seasoning, beat well and fried cooked then cut pieces
    • Sausage: cut the yarn as small as possible to just Gim leaves
    • Fish fry: cut pieces of medium length Gim (Korean fish sauce must be seasoned and fried cooked)
      Crab cut: Cut the yarn and put it into the rotary oven for 2 minutes
    • Cucumber: remove the intestines, cut the yarn
    • Carrots: cut yarn, and cooked
    • Radish: salt from the day before (soaked with a little beet juice to have a beautiful red color)
    • Green vegetables (you can choose salad or spinach)
