As of now there is no theme and there are no guidelines, I will just be posting a sweet list like this one that showcases 5 photos from 5 different relatively unknown accounts. Each post featured will get a massive 100% upvote from me as well as a fifth of the proceeds from this curation post. Hopefully in the future I will be able to expand on these rewards. Let me know if you have any ideas ;)

The inspiration for this weekly curation came from @tcpolymath’s project “The Mesopotamians” which is an awesome initiative to help build community minded leaders in the Steemosphere, which in turn will make this a stronger platform overall.

This is a bit late because of internet issues, but I think it's still Friday for some of us so no worries right?
This week I've found some really great work, including some brand new Steemers and some really cool photo-manipulation. I know you're giddy with anticipation so...

Sit Back, Relax, and Enjoy the Show!

I will begin the program today with a post by @barbarabezina from Argentina.

https://steemit.com/art/@barbarabezina/telepatas-solares

This is the first time I've featured work like this on the show, not for any reason except it's the first time I've seen any by an account that is under the follower limit. If you go check out her blog you'll see lots of cool stuff like this as well as some neat monochrome work. I really love this piece, it reminds me of a scifi animated movie and it's really loaded with drama.

Next on the docket is a Post by @dreamzaremadeof.

This photo also features some cool manipulation but is sort of a bridge between the totally surreal world of the last photo and the rest of the program. The tone is, appropriately, very dreamlike. It's a bit jarring against the previous photo for me since it's so much lighter, like emerging from one dream into another much more peaceful dream.
I like how much personality the butterfly has in this photo, like a character in its own movie.

As we wake out of this beautiful dream we are greeted by another beautiful view from @kumagai1976.

This transition flows a little more smoothly and eases our transition to the "real world", whatever that is. Despite being a more realistic interpretation than the previous work, there is still a hint of the surreal here for me. The depth of field, the vivid colors, the halo of plant sex organs around the subject and the amount of detail are almost disorienting. Very beautiful.

On to a photo from @jgutt7.

The color scheme and style are totally different and really bring us somewhere else mentally and emotionally. This photo is more open, more peaceful and with less detail, but with something sinister lurking. Indeed the amazing colors here stem from a blazing forest fire hidden by distance and smoke. It is a peace that could be interrupted by disaster at any moment.

This last post by @phobo is a real treat because there are lots of great photos in one post here.

https://steemit.com/photography/@phobo/my-first-solo-backpacking-trip

@phobo is Brand new to Steem. This is literally the first post on the feed and the work here is beautiful, plus there's a great story brewing here. Traveling the world alone for the first time, everything viewed through fresh eyes... and we get to see it captured through the lens of an artist. I think there is a lot of potential here for something awesome to grow out of this.

Once again our time together has come to an end. But I hope you'll join me again next week as I discover some unknown artists and say stuff.

That's all for FFFFFFFFFF #5.

The Mesopotamians is a project to use ongoing support and gamification to encourage account growth and build a class https://steemitimages.com/p/3HaJVvr6qfoEFgBir1jy4DeK1wwhDm7oNHzc1b8roaJY8MKgjEqYxuTVoCXPE1QAc59NXb7ZHWsWCvZQGgse4Vd7YA6MzHptNkzAV9G?format=match&mode=fitof community-minded minnows and eventually dolphins.
