Which of the six themes above they would like to curate for.

Due to the experience of me and the team members have we have all decided to curate on a theme which we are very familiar and work on steady, these is because as we are more enlightened in these theme we would work more efficiently on curation on this field.

So therefore we all decided to go for the Finance & Technology theme because as I have said before we are very enlightened in this field and I will drop just little proof, I am Computer scientist and I am good in networking, @mrsokal is a programmer and graphic designer and @gentles is a well known crypto trader in Ghana. So with these I believe we all are fit for the job.

Why they would make a good curation team.

These a very sensible question, but as a team we have a lot for virtues and skills to make us very good for the job.

✓ As I have just said we are already used to this Theme so therefore we will easily find and quality post with true information and also correct any mistake because we know much about this field.

✓ As a team are composed with citizens from different nationality and language, we would easily curate any quality post and the language it was written would not be a barrier to accomplish our job .

✓ If you cross check our profile you will see that we started from the scratch and hard work has been our only helper. All us the team didn't buy our SP or Reputation on steemit we work so hard and we are still willing to work harder by serving this lovely platform that have brought joy and food to us.

✓ The most important thing that makes us stronger and bigger and better is that we are really united and devoted to what we do. Whenever a decision is made everyone in the team stand by it and everyone works harder to participate in the development of the team.

✓ @saxopedia, @starrchris, @joseman and @mrsokal applied for country representative 2022 and we are hoping we all emerge winners, i said this because we have alot of ready to work members in our team.

Anything special about how they will do their curation to ensure the widest reach.

• Every team member will be expected to be organizing different contest relating to Finance and Technology in different communities and the rewards would be vote for the steemcurators account.

• Weekly we will be chosing 7 outstanding post and congratulate them properly and we will encourage them keep working hard on steemit.

Every author is in charge only for two hours in a day this would ensure that the votes go round and our vote, after the first person curation for two hours then a the account would be allowed to refill for an hour before the next person.

For example if @starrchris curate #science post for two hours then the account would be left to refill for an hour before @starrchris would hand over to @saxopedia who will curate #finace post for the next two hours then then account is allowed to refill for an hour before @saxopedia forward the account to @mrsokal and that will happen till it's @ikwal turn.

• Every team members is expected to make a mini report every day in to the team leader, these reports would be merged together to make final reports every week in Steem POD team community.

• As a team of hardworking team we all would be working through out the week because If the boss #steemcurator01 and steemcurator02
works only only specific days then steemit would be a mess because their curation active would be poor and low. So as determined steemians we work using time shift this would help every quality post gets votes without them getting expired.
