This is a basically a Decentralized web hosting service .
It will allow Reduced cost, Its an always on service and it has no central point of failure
The token itself will be used to pay for the web hosting services.
The network will consist of 3 main component:
- hosts - that will contribute computational power
- gateways - will contribute bandwidth
- consumers - will use the network
The project is already 4 years old and the team behind it already invested 2 milions $ in r&d so this is clearly a legitimate project with a large team of 18 of highly qualified devs.
Its already have a testnet up and running and an active telegram group with over 25k members.
This is an erc-20 token so you need to load your myetherwallet with ether right now if you want to be ready.
one token will be worth 0.50$ and they are looking to raise 29M $.

you will need to upload some sort of ID and A utility bill with your address on it - this is a new trend that ico started doing with all the regulations going on. I see it as a good thing.

well, I dont think you need to be too worry, If you already do it for exchanges like bittrex and polo why not here? its called "Know your customer" ('KYC') is the process of a business identifying and verifying the identity of its clients in order to prevent money laundering activities
Always remember to DYOR or "Do your own Research." There are tons of ICO's happening, some are great, others are scams. I have not researched this ICO but I thought I would put out a PSA. Steem on.
