This is called "stress-eating."

When you thought you bought too much food than you could have, but actually finished them all after 10 minutes!

Stress-eating sometimes happens unnoticed. It is OK because when a person is stressed out, he tends to secrete high amount of digestive juice, so that would help the good appetite! 😆 (I supposed so.)
