love realy is beautiful. in the rain, in the snow, in the autumn, it will always stay beautiful.

lets face it unless you are a pro athlete you dont need extreme flexibility.
if you are like rest of us. all you need is practical flexibility. just lightly stretch every part of your body , reaching your desired flexibility parameters. you only have so much legs and arms and back to stretch it should not be a chore to do it. but a healthy start of the day. best times to stretch is morning, when you just wake up, and before you go to bed, it loosens the muscles and you will sleep better. make it your everyday ceremony. and feel the change in your outlook on life. you will be proud of yourself. and others will notice it too.
