Be careful of the shoulder, overwork on a sore one, can do actual damage! Get after it with herbals, and stop using it for a couple of days. :(

I did rest it Sunday and Monday but I had to work some today but I was careful.
I forget I'm not 20 any more 😂
Me neither, LOL! A Comfrey poultice will help. Tumeric will too.
