Made adobo yesterday because of my cravings and since we got spare pork adobo, I fried it for today’s dinner! Still tastes good and the sauce really comes inside the meat. I only ate this just by the fried pork and rice alone but some people want to put some soy sauce in it or dip it in ketchup. Either way, the meat still tastes so good! One Filipino food that Filipino’s must be proud of!
