Daily Food Photography : Pork Pochero
Maayong adlaw (Good Day), Steemians!
My menu for today is my own version of Pork Pochero.
I rarely cook this recipe for this will never be top on my mind when it comes to pork dishes. Don't get me wrong, this is really delicious but because plantain banana is not readily available in our village, which is one of the major ingredient of this menu.
I only learned this recipe from searching on Google and adding my touch to it. Here's my own version:
